During your consultation I will go over all of the necessary forms that you filled out prior to our first meeting together. Here I'll get to know you better, we'll discuss what your goals, wants are. I'll create a customized program based on these goals and give you a complimentary workout to do. This way you'll get an idea on what a full workout would look like based on what we discussed.
After your initial consultation, the next step is your assessment. In this meeting while continuing to get to know you better, and elaborate more on your short/long term goals, I will give you a few fitness drills (very light) to see where you are. What you can and can't do, measurements will be taken, and before photos, etc.
This program will allow you to train 1x per week for 6 weeks.
This program will allow you to train 2x per week for 6 weeks.
This program will allow you to train 2x per week for 12 weeks, or 3x per week for 8 weeks
We will discuss the importance of eating as healthy as possible. Learning about counting calories, macronutrients, portion sizes, grocery list, food journaling, etc.
During this session I will put you through a range of both dynamic and static stretching.
